Hannah Klein - Children’s Director (1st-5th grade)
Hannah grew up in an Air Force family, was born in Fairbanks, Alaska, and spent her childhood between the cold winters of Alaska and the heart of the West Plains in Washington State. She was raised in a strong Christian household; knowing her need for a savior at a very young age, she accepted Jesus into her heart and life at age 5. She was homeschooled until high school, where she attended Christian Heritage School in Edwall, WA. There, she met her husband, Luke Klein. Her relationship with God was tested and became stronger during her formative years, and the Lord gave her a passion for children and children’s ministry. She served as a co-chaplain for her school’s elementary through high school chapel services, as well as on the school’s worship team. As a Senior, Hannah attended Running Start through Spokane Falls Community College in Spokane, WA.
She has worked in many different career fields, while continuing to serve in church and local ministries (volunteering at UGM’s Anna Ogden Hall, singing on church worship teams, and leading worship for Wednesday evening children’s ministry gatherings, as well as opening her home to those in need of food and fellowship). Married in 2015, Hannah and Luke were blessed with their son in 2018, and their daughter in 2021. Hannah has worked from home since having her firstborn. She took a leap of faith in the spring of 2025, and the Lord opened the door for her to begin working at Fourth Memorial Church as their 1st-5th grade Children’s Director. She enjoys homeschooling her children, reading excellent books, cooking and baking for her family and friends, and spending time in God’s creation.
